In addition to the legal fee rates according to the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG), we also offer you the option of agreeing on economically calculable prices for out-of-court legal services such as contract drafting or ongoing advice in individual fee agreements with fixed hourly rates and, if necessary, an upper limit on the total costs.

Unless an individual fee agreement has been concluded with us, the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG) applies to legal proceedings in the same way as it does to all lawyers in Germany, whereby the statutory fees in legal proceedings represent the lower limit and cannot be undercut even by individual fee agreements.

For any extrajudicial work we also offer time-based fees.

In order to make the fees more calculable for you, we estimate the expected costs on a case-by-case basis and, where possible, agree on an upper limit with you or discuss partial budgets with you.
